About the role

This is a great opportunity for a numbers-driven professional to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that directly informs company strategy, working in a hybrid setup that blends in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and long-range planning
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and identify key drivers
  • Partner with department heads to develop and monitor operating budgets
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end close process
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare dashboards for stakeholders
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Maintain data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools
  • Support annual planning and quarterly reforecasting cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Familiarity with ERP or financial reporting systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
