Role & Responsibilities Assist with annual business plan preparation and quarterly reforecasts including review of investments plans, effect of changes to return metric, detailed analysis of current strategy, and variance analysis to underwritingReview, document and consolidate investment valuations and ensure calculations are in line with internal policiesSupport the internal capital markets team throughout the debt financing processProduce / manage financial models used to calculate current / projected performanceGenerate materials for monthly operations meetingMaintain / update Argus files for various metrics including leasing, operating and marketassumptionsMaintain development reporting at the project levelCultivate and maintain relationships with property and corporate accounting teams to ensure accuracy and the reporting timelines are metDevelop and update presentations for both internal and external audiencesOther ad hoc requests as assigned Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or applicable fieldUp to three years’ experience working in corporate finance, a Fortune 100 company, a largereal estate investment company or a public REITAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong knowledge and demonstrated competence in working with large data setsArgus Enterprise experience is a plusUnderstand and compile basic proforma financial statementsEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task with good time management to meet multiple deadlines Your Career @ BGRE: At BGRE, your career progression is important to us.
