Job Duties
- Analyzes account information and proposes solutions for process improvement.
- Implements improvements to Receivables, Credit, and Treasury functions.
- Identifies and implements best automated solutions for special billing situations.
- Works with EDI and e-commerce groups.
- Performs month-end reconciliation worksheets for various Accounts Receivable G/L accounts.
- Assists with cash application for specific large customers.
- Advocates for Credit Analyst team, field, Sales Management, and customers on credit-related decisions.
- Analyzes Equifax reporting tools and assists with credit decisions.
- Serves as a resource for NSF, over-for-collection, and bankruptcy issues.
- Supports the Trade Credit Manager and Senior Manager of Treasury & Cash Management with special projects.
- Provides assistance to field locations and customers regarding questions and issues.
- Serves as a backup for month-end internal and external reporting and bank corrections and bank error processing.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum Associate's degree.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in Receivables and/or credit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access.
- Must live in Cleveland metro area.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
