Analyze and articulate variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods to support close activities and informed decision-making
Aid in the preparation and upload of financial data into the Corporate HFM system; reconcile trial balances to consolidated financial reports
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc financial reports, including metrics on bookings, revenue, orders, sales, and regional profitability
Contribute to monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting process, with a focus on manufacturing expenses and working capital management
Support internal and external audit requirements (including SOX compliance) and assist in preparing state and federal tax packages
Partner with the Operations Controller and Business Unit Controller on special projects, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhanced financial controls
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA / MBA preferred
3+ years of related accounting experience (Manufacturing Experience Preferred)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus
Must be able to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and creative, with an action and problem-solving bias with the drive to deliver results
Effective oral and written communication skills as well as a strong analytical acumen
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
