- Able to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you notice when numbers don't add up
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Understanding of sector-specific financial performance drivers
- Experience with equity research, investment analysis, or FP&A
- Familiarity with financial modeling or data validation workflows
- Background in auditing, valuation, or financial due diligence
