Description
The Community Hospice, Inc. is looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will work closely with their home care and pace teams performing accounting and analytical functions.
Key Responsibilities For This Position Include
- Month end Revenue/AR reconciliation between the Epic billing system and general ledger.
- General ledger review, analytics and reconciliation for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Month end reporting with Corporate Finance team within deadlines set.
- Reporting of monthly statistics.
- Anual reporting including cost reports, utilization reports, audits, IRS filings.
- Overseeing AP to ensure appropriate expense coding and timeliness of processing.
- Backup to Hospice Foundation Financial Analyst and SNF Billing reconciliation.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 2-3 years of accounting of analyst work in an office environment helpful (this is an in-office position).

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25.00 - $39.16 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
