Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and technical data
- Prepare reports
- Think of and devise ways to streamline and minimize cycle times through automated applications and process improvement
- Help develop recommendations affecting business procedures and operations
- Maintain financial and reporting systems
- Aid the department and other team members with special projects or components of other projects as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 4+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Planning & Analysis or Business Management
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Proven track record for executing on special projects / assignments with often little lead time or information
- Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills and ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
