Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Federal Work Study Program
  • Manage and coordinate third party billing processes
  • Facilitate contract completion as required for third party partners
  • Review and process Financial Aid documentation in a multi-system environment for continuing students
  • Provide support, clarification, and resolution to campus staff to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of Federal Student Aid and applicable regulations through conferences and online training
  • Aid in the creation of procedure manuals related to third party partners
  • Aid in preparation and completion of annual federal financial aid audits
  • Assist in evaluating and applying regulations to implement policies and procedures for campuses
  • Facilitate training related to specific areas of expertise as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or currently enrolled in a related degree program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Student Financial Aid
  • All Federal Student Loans must not be in default to gain access to NSLDS
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients to ensure guidelines are followed and deadlines are met
  • Experience with training facilitation preferred
  • Experience with CampusVue student management software preferred

Pay

Salaried — Exempt | Full-Time
Pay Range: $50,000 — $56,325
Compensation dependent on experience, knowledge, and education level
