Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Federal Work Study Program
- Manage and coordinate third party billing processes
- Facilitate contract completion as required for third party partners
- Review and process Financial Aid documentation in a multi-system environment for continuing students
- Provide support, clarification, and resolution to campus staff to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal Student Aid and applicable regulations through conferences and online training
- Aid in the creation of procedure manuals related to third party partners
- Aid in preparation and completion of annual federal financial aid audits
- Assist in evaluating and applying regulations to implement policies and procedures for campuses
- Facilitate training related to specific areas of expertise as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or currently enrolled in a related degree program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Student Financial Aid
- All Federal Student Loans must not be in default to gain access to NSLDS
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients to ensure guidelines are followed and deadlines are met
- Experience with training facilitation preferred
- Experience with CampusVue student management software preferred
Pay
Salaried — Exempt | Full-Time
Pay Range: $50,000 — $56,325
Compensation dependent on experience, knowledge, and education level
