What You’ll Do
- Aid advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans
- Research and prepare planning strategies related to tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning
- Participate in client meetings, including note-taking, planning discussions, and follow-up actions
- Support advisors in complex planning and client situations
- Create client review materials and service deliverables
- Prepare analyses and recommendations for client review meetings
- Utilize financial planning software to model scenarios and evaluate outcomes
- Support ongoing client needs through planning updates and service coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and advisor efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information
What You Bring

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- The ability to learn CRM and firm-specific technology platforms
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a wealth management or financial services role
- Series 7 and Series 66 required (may be obtained within the first six months of employment)
- A commitment to begin working toward the CFP® designation
- Insurance licenses required (Life, Health, Fixed and Variable Annuities) and may be obtained on the job
- Additional designations and certifications may be required
