What You’ll Do

  • Aid advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans
  • Research and prepare planning strategies related to tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning
  • Participate in client meetings, including note-taking, planning discussions, and follow-up actions
  • Support advisors in complex planning and client situations
  • Create client review materials and service deliverables
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for client review meetings
  • Utilize financial planning software to model scenarios and evaluate outcomes
  • Support ongoing client needs through planning updates and service coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and advisor efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to learn CRM and firm-specific technology platforms
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a wealth management or financial services role
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required (may be obtained within the first six months of employment)
  • A commitment to begin working toward the CFP® designation
  • Insurance licenses required (Life, Health, Fixed and Variable Annuities) and may be obtained on the job
  • Additional designations and certifications may be required
