What You’ll Do
- Preparing, presenting, and implementing financial plans
- Conducting quarterly client review meetings
- Providing a high level of service to existing and prospective clients
- Reviewing portfolios and investment allocations
- Placing trades to implement investment allocations and strategies
- Recommending tax-efficient investment and retirement withdrawal strategies
- Writing articles for the Rodgers & Associates blog
- Presenting financial education seminars to clients and prospective clients
What You Bring
- Must understand all aspects of retirement planning, including asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, and goal-based cash-flow planning
- Seasoned financial professional with the ability to identify and solve complex financial issues
- CFP® or ChFC® certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Prior experience with a CRM, financial planning, and tax software is preferred
- Formal sales training and experience are a plus

Qualifications
Must understand all aspects of retirement planning, including asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, and goal-based cash-flow planning
Seasoned financial professional with the ability to identify and solve complex financial issues
CFP® or ChFC® certification preferred
5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning
Very strong organizational and time management skills
Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
Detailed oriented
Prior experience with a CRM, financial planning, and tax software is preferred
