Financial Advisory - Client Services Associate

About the Role

The Client Services Representative is responsible for client services and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Data entry (Redtail, Riskalyze, eMoney, NDEX)
• Customer service (answering phones, processing and forwarding requests)
• Account servicing (generating/processing paperwork)
• Scanning/filing (Laserfiche)
• Check deposit and daily blotters
• Preparing mailings to clients
• Calendar management for top-level executives

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Client services experience required (min 5 years)
• Industry experience required (min 5 years)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Professional phone demeanor
• Strong organizational, efficiency, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork

Internal Application Policy

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. They must also have a minimum of 1 year of service in their current role unless approved by EVP.
