Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with members and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance while using tools to manage portfolios and track activity.
- Collaborate across teams and continuously improve the member experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of financial services sales experience with proven performance.
- Series 63, 65 or 66 certification.
- Series 7 certification within 90 days.
- Life/Health license within 90 days.
Skills
- Ability to deliver tailored financial plans based on member goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship-building across all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and organization.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
You don’t need to check every box, but the following will help you thrive in this role:
- Credit union or community financial institution experience.
- CFP, ChFC, CLU, CRPC or similar certification.
- Experience with virtual advisory tools.
- Established community network.
