Financial Advisor Training Program

Role Overview: This position involves delivering intensive job training focused on Customer Experience, combining technical and professional skills development in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Responsibilities: Provide in-classroom training, mentorship, and coaching to young adults; facilitate access to internships and job placement services; support participants in developing product, service, and customer-centric skills; assist with resume building, interview preparation, and networking; and guide participants toward career pathways such as financial advisory, sales, or support roles. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; eligibility to work in the U.S.; motivation to learn technical and professional skills; strong relationship-building and entrepreneurial mindset; excellent communication and professional skills; and ability to commit to program activities. Key Duties: Conduct training sessions, support internship placements at industry partners, assist participants in career development, and promote ongoing professional growth. Successful candidates will help participants gain industry knowledge, customer service expertise, and professional competencies to launch their careers.
