About Trajan Wealth

With over $3 billion in assets under management and advisement, Trajan® Wealth is one of the fastest-growing Registered Investment Advisor firms in the country. What sets us apart is our fully integrated, in-house model - combining fee-only wealth management, estate planning through Trajan Estate, and tax strategy through Trajan Tax. We don't refer out critical components of a client's financial life. We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.

Role Overview

Trajan Wealth is seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor in the Seattle Metro area. This is a W2 role designed for advisors who want more than a book, they want to expand a market, establish a strong local presence, and scale a business. Advisors begin by leveraging our educational seminar platform to build trust, drive engagement, and generate new client relationships. Once key production milestones are achieved, advisors unlock Trajan's full growth engine, including our in-house marketing agency and client development teams that deliver consistent, qualified opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to expand an existing footprint and then scale it with the full support of an established firm behind you.

What Makes Trajan Different

  • In-house marketing agency (radio, TV, seminars, digital)
  • Dedicated client development team delivering additional qualified meetings each week beyond educational seminars
  • Full operational infrastructure: client service, CRM, investment, IT, HR, compliance
  • A proven, repeatable sales process
  • Integrated estate and tax planning through in-house attorneys and CPAs
  • You focus on meeting clients and closing business. We handle the rest.
  • Today, the average Trajan Advisor produces approximately $40M per year in new assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Educational Seminars: Host and present retirement and financial planning seminars within the Seattle Metro area; educate prospective clients on retirement income strategies, investment management, annuities, trusts, and estate planning; build trust and credibility through a consultative, education-first approach aligned with Trajan's fiduciary philosophy; convert seminar attendees into long-term client relationships through a proven and repeatable process.
  • Expand and Grow the Market: Serve as a lead representative of Trajan Wealth in the Seattle Metro area, building brand presence and trust locally; expand a client base through seminars, referrals, and strategic community engagement; scale a local advisory practice as part of Trajan's national growth strategy; establish yourself as a trusted resource for retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning within the community; conduct in-depth meetings with clients and prospective clients
