About the role
As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC. Financial Advisors work within a collaborative network of bank branches and manage an assigned book of business. You will execute an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing, and retirement goals. PNC provides a robust training program, administrative support, and state-of-the-art technology designed to elevate your career.

Responsibilities
- Consult on investment and insurance strategies, as well as develop financial plans for clients.
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business while owning the client experience.
- Handle sales and service efficiently, identify opportunities, and make referrals to internal business partners.
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems effectively.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, presenting sound financial recommendations.
- Establish and monitor individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives.
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities.
- Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff, leading by example.
- Regularly meet with branch managers and internal partners to review business results and pipeline management.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
- Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance license required.
