Responsibilities

• Aid patients in person, online, and on the phone to resolve billing questions and concerns.
• Help patients find options to resolve their balances.
• Maintain work queues and reports.
• Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities.
• Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic.

Requirements

• Service-oriented and a team player.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Customer service experience and working with the public.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
