The Role
You'll grow a client base by delivering personalized advice across holistic financial planning for your clients. You'll take time to understand each client's goals and design strategies that move them closer to long-term security — supported every step of the way by firm resources, mentorship, and a structured path toward licensing and advancement.
What you'll do
- Build your client base through networking, referrals, and active community engagement
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and risk tolerance
- Design and present comprehensive financial strategies across investments, insurance, and planning
- Recommend solutions tailored to each client's unique situation and long-term objectives
- Deliver a consistently exceptional, relationship-first experience that earns trust and drives referrals
Licensing
We'll provide the licenses & study materials, guidance, and support to help you succeed. We'll support you in earning your Life and Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, and more, giving you the credentials to build a rewarding career.
