About the role

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Financial Advisor to join a collaborative advisory team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced advisors to support clients through key financial moments. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth team operations, foster positive client relationships, and support overall business efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior advisors to support day-to-day client relationship management and service
  • Assist in preparing financial plans, account openings, and money movement requests
  • Execute trades as directed by senior advisors
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring clear, professional communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for client meetings and team appointments
  • Participate in client meetings to observe and learn planning and advisory best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Pursue additional licensing and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent experience through work history, military service, or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and enthusiastic phone/email presence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Understanding and desire to learn more about capital markets, insurance services, financial planning, estate planning, and tax implications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office/computer tools
  • Knowledge of eMoney or other planning tools
  • Discretion in handling sensitive client information (financial, legal, health-related)
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses (e.g., SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within a defined timeframe if not already held

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements; candidates must pass a background check prior to hire and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory incident reporting.
