Responsibilities

  • Serve clients and grow your career with a comprehensive portfolio of investment, insurance, retirement, and wealth management solutions
  • Benefit from advanced planning support and specialized insurance expertise from experienced professionals
  • Utilize proven financial planning strategies and client engagement processes for individuals, families, and business owners
  • Enjoy dedicated operational support, including new business processing, underwriting, compliance, and client service
  • Collaborate with seasoned financial planning and investment professionals and establish meaningful work that helps clients pursue financial confidence and long-term goals
  • Experience industry-leading technology, financial planning software, and digital tools that enhance the client experience

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in financial planning and investment principles
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • Experience in financial services or related field is preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in financial services or related field
  • Passport for international travel (if applicable)

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000 yearly performance commission based on individual and firm performance
