Compensation
- This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with performance-based earnings and long-term income potential.
- Eligible advisors may receive:
- Up to $36,000 in first-year onboarding support
- Performance-based commissions
- Renewal (residual) income
- Bonus opportunities
- Licensing reimbursement and expense allowances
Median earnings for Financial Advisors in Years 1–5: approximately $101,265 annually, with significant long-term growth potential.
