Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, priorities, and challenges. - Develop customized financial strategies including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investment, education funding, estate considerations, and risk management. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and financial guidance. - Conduct portfolio and financial plan reviews to help clients stay on track toward their goals. - Network, prospect, and build your own client base and professional referral sources. - Utilize industry-leading financial planning tools, technology, and product solutions. - Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations. - Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining the flexibility to build your business your way.

Requirements

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation. - Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven attitude. - Desire to help others achieve financial success. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

For experienced candidates: - Active Life & Health and/or FINRA licenses (Series 6 or 7, Series 63/65 or 66). - Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, banking, or financial services. - Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management. - Existing client relationships or transferable book of business is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in financial planning tools and technology. - Knowledge of market trends and financial products. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
