Financial Advisor

Role Overview We seek experienced Financial Advisors to develop client relationships, provide tailored financial advice, and support clients in achieving their financial and estate planning goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external referral sources, conduct client meetings, reviews, and stay informed about market trends. The role involves driving growth, promoting the firm’s value proposition, and engaging with the community for business development. Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen client relationships through internal and external referral channels.Conduct client meetings, annual reviews, and adjust strategies based on financial objectives.Promote the firm’s advisory services and value proposition to stakeholders.Coordinate with Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office teams as needed.Stay updated on market trends and investment solutions.Engage in community networking to foster business growth. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Services.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.Licenses: Series 7, and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health certifications.Strong consultative sales and business development skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
