This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys sitting across the table from clients, translating complex financial matters into clear strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor over the long haul.If your background includes public accounting, Big 4 consulting, tax, or legal advisory work—and you’re looking to apply that expertise in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment—this is a strong next step. You don’t need to bring a book of business.What You’ll DoServe as a primary advisor to clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and proactive guidanceDevelop comprehensive financial strategies spanning investments, retirement, tax planning, estate considerations, and risk managementDeliver thoughtful, tax-efficient recommendations aligned with client goals, life stages, and business interestsAdvise clients on retirement income planning, pension decisions, and long-term wealth preservationCollaborate closely with CPAs, attorneys, and estate planning professionals to provide fully integrated solutionsSupport business owners with succession planning and continuity strategiesPrepare and present clear, polished financial analyses and client-ready reportsStay current on regulatory requirements and ensure strict adherence to compliance standardsMaintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality serviceWhat You BringBachelor’s degree requiredCFP®, CFA®, CPA/PFS, or JD (estate or tax-focused) strongly preferredSeries 65 (or Series 7 + 66) required within 60 days if not already licensedCFP or CFA required within 3 years if not currently heldStrong client-facing presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionallyBackground in public accounting, tax, legal, or advisory services highly valuedA mindset geared toward maintaining and growing an existing book of business, not transactional sellingIntellectual curiosity, business maturity, and the ability to earn trust quicklyWhy This Role Stands OutOpportunity to join a high-performing advisory team with strong mentorship.Ongoing training and certification support.Flexible location with periodic travel for key meetings.Competitive benefits including PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental, disability & life insurance, retirement match, parental leave, profit-sharing bonus, professional development support, volunteer time, and more.
