Financial Advisor

Role Overview We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors to develop client relationships, provide valuable financial advice, and support clients' financial and estate planning goals. The role involves building partnerships with referral sources both inside and outside the bank, conducting client meetings and reviews, and collaborating with specialized teams such as Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office. Key Responsibilities Drive market growth and meet revenue and profitability targets.Communicate the firm’s value proposition and advisory services effectively.Develop and strengthen client relationships through internal and external referrals.Engage community networks to foster business development.Stay updated on market trends and investment solutions.Conduct client meetings, annual reviews, and adapt strategies to evolving financial objectives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial services.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Required licenses: Series 7, and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health insurance certifications preferred.Strong consultative sales, business development, and communication skills.
