About us
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our Wealth Management team. This individual will work closely with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies designed to help clients build, manage, and preserve wealth. The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
- Conduct comprehensive financial discovery meetings to understand clients' goals, needs, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
- Develop customized wealth management and financial planning strategies.
- Provide guidance related to investments, retirement planning, estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, insurance, and overall financial planning.
- Monitor client portfolios and financial plans and make recommendations as market conditions and client circumstances change.
- Conduct regular client reviews and proactively identify opportunities to improve clients' financial outcomes.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, community involvement, centers of influence, and other business-development activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional financial products and services.
- Collaborate with investment, tax, estate planning, insurance, and other internal specialists when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory and firm requirements.
- Stay current on financial markets, investment products, tax considerations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative client experience built around trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, investment management, financial planning, or a related field preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66/65 licenses preferred or the ability to obtain them.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, retirement strategies, and wealth management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated business-development and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay
$85,000 - $120,000 per year
