Your Role

As a key contributor to the team, and to build your book of business, you will:

  • Build and nurture a robust network of clients seeking tailored financial planning services.
  • Expand your reach through effective strategies, including social media, networking events, referrals, and seminars.
  • Provide a wide range of financial services, including estate planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with our expert planning and wealth management teams to deliver superior results and financial outcomes for clients.
  • Achieve necessary licensing to provide comprehensive financial support to clients.
  • Elevate your knowledge: reimbursement program available for eligible professional designations to elevate your knowledge and career.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 year degree or equivalent professional experience - students please apply to the internship program not to this position.
  • Preferred but not required: a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.
  • For career changers, prior successful sales experience a plus.
  • Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Interest in team building and mentoring others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.

Total Compensation

First year advisors’ to experienced advisors’ variable performance based compensation range: $51,000 to $320,000+ per year (with experienced specialist advisors' income greatly exceeding this range).
