About the role
As a key contributor to the team, and to build your book of business, you will:
- Build and nurture a robust network of clients seeking tailored financial planning services.
- Expand your reach through effective strategies, including social media, networking events, referrals, and seminars.
- Provide a wide range of financial services, including estate planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with our expert planning and wealth management teams to deliver superior results and financial outcomes for clients.
- Achie necessary licensing to provide comprehensive financial support to clients.
- Elevate your knowledge: reimbursement program available for eligible professional designations to elevate your knowledge and career.

Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent professional experience - students please apply to the internship program not to this position.
- Preferred but not required: a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.
- For career changers, prior successful sales experience a plus.
- Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
- Interest in team building and mentoring others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.

Pay
Total Compensation: First year advisors’ to experienced advisors’ variable performance based compensation range: $51,000 to $320,000+ per year (with experienced specialist advisors' income greatly exceeding this range).
