About the role

There comes a point in every successful advisor's career when you ask yourself a different question. Not, "How can I grow my book?" But rather, "Who do I want to build my legacy with?" At Integrity Wealth Management, we believe financial advising is more than a profession—it's a calling. For more than two decades, we've helped entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and families make wise financial decisions that protect what they've built and prepare the next generation for what comes next. We aren't interested in being the biggest firm. We're committed to being everything to a select few.

If you've spent the last 5-7 years building meaningful client relationships, earning trust one family at a time, and growing a solid book of business, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

About Integrity Wealth Management

Integrity Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management firm built around one simple belief: People deserve more than generic financial advice. Our proprietary WealthTrac FORMula and Life Long Die Short philosophies were developed through decades of real-world experience helping successful business owners navigate life's biggest financial decisions—from growing wealth and preparing for retirement to business succession and creating a lasting family legacy.

Our conversations extend far beyond investments. We help clients answer questions about purpose, family, stewardship, taxes, business transitions, charitable giving, and what they want their wealth to accomplish long after they're gone. That's what we call the Business of Family.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor who:

  • Has 5-7 years of experience serving affluent individuals, business owners, or high-net-worth families.
  • Successfully built and maintains an existing book of business.
  • Has a passion for comprehensive financial planning rather than product sales.
  • Possesses strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Has a servant's heart and a long-term mindset.
  • Demonstrates high personal integrity and an unwavering commitment to doing what's right for clients.
  • Holds CFP® designation (preferred or actively pursuing certification).
  • Has securities licenses and registrations required to serve clients.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who values trust over transactions and relationships over revenue.

What makes Integrity different

Many firms ask advisors to fit into their process. We built our process around people. Our advisors aren't pressured to chase products or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating customized financial strategies that help clients preserve, protect, and perpetuate their wealth. When clients walk through our doors, they're looking for clarity—not another sales presentation. They want wisdom. They want a trusted guide. That's the role we embrace every day.

Responsibilities

  • Serve existing and prospective high-net-worth clients with comprehensive financial planning.
  • Deepen relationships built on trust, transparency, and long-term stewardship.
  • Develop customized wealth strategies through our WealthTrac FORMula process.
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced team committed to exceptional client outcomes.
  • Continue growing your practice while delivering an extraordinary client experience.
  • Become a trusted advisor across every stage of a client's financial journey.

What you'll find here

At Integrity Wealth Management, success isn't measured solely by assets under management. It's measured by the lives we impact. You'll join a firm where:

  • Relationships come before revenue.
  • Character matters as much as competence.
  • Advisors are empowered to think strategically rather than sell products.
  • Collaboration replaces competition.
  • Your experience is respected.
  • Your ideas are welcomed.
  • Your work contributes to something larger than yourself.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor serving affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining a client book of business (portable relationships strongly preferred).
  • Experience providing comprehensive financial planning—not solely investment management.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted, long-term client relationships through consultative planning.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses in good standing.
  • Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain promptly).
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP® certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, or multi-generational families.
  • Knowledge of retirement income planning, tax-efficient wealth strategies, estate planning concepts, and business succession planning.
  • Existing professional relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
  • Experience leading client meetings independently.
  • History of consistent business development through referrals and relationship networking.

Qualities we value

This is where Integrity separates itself from the larger firms. We aren't simply hiring technical expertise. We're looking for advisors who:

  • Lead with integrity in every client interaction.
  • Believe trust is earned, not assumed.
  • Listen before they advise.
  • Think holistically rather than product-first.
  • Value collaboration over competition.
  • Have the confidence to say "I don't know" and the curiosity to find the right answer.
  • Want to build lifelong client relationships—not just annual production numbers.
  • See wealth as a tool for creating freedom, family harmony, and lasting impact.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation
  • Retirement plan
  • Health benefits
  • Professional development and continuing education
  • Marketing and operational support
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Long-term career growth opportunities
