Responsibilities
- Personal coach to military families, focusing on financial plans that evolve to pursue short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Provide guidance on managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
- Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by local district teams and Home Office.
- Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions to coach military families on comprehensive financial planning.
- Coach military families on savings/banking, investments/wealth management, insurance/risk management.
Requirements
- Military experience or affiliation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven leadership skills.
Training and licensing support
- Comprehensive training and licensing program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
- Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor.
- Structured training and test preparation to help obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses.
- Paid training role to transition into a salaried position offering progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period.
