Responsibilities
- Personal coach to military families, focusing on financial plans that evolve to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide guidance on managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
- Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by local district teams and Home Office.
- Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions to coach military families on comprehensive financial planning, including:
- Savings/banking
- Investments/wealth management
- Insurance/risk management
Requirements
- Military experience or affiliation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven leadership skills
Training and licensing support
- Comprehensive training and licensing program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
- Sponsorship and structured training to obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses.
- Paid training role leading to a salaried position with progressive incentives during a nine-month paid training period.

Pay
