Financial Advisor
About the role
Edward Jones is a Fortune 500 financial services firm with over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada. As a privately-owned partnership, the firm focuses on clients rather than shareholder returns. Its purpose: We partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues, and together, better our communities and society.
As a Financial Advisor, you will develop and grow your own practice with support from a branch team, home-office resources, and a regional network of advisors. You’ll partner with clients to achieve long-term financial goals — retirement, wealth building, estate strategies, education funding, and more — while leading your branch team to deliver a high-quality client experience.
The firm provides paid training to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66), a firm-provided branch office, branch office support, and a compensation structure that includes a supplemental salary for the first five years, commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel. There is no ceiling on earning potential; compensation is tied to effort and performance.

- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
