Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client book of business with recurring revenue
• Partner with internal team members to generate new business opportunities
• Contact customers to introduce your planning, investment, and insurance services
• Leverage digital tools to enhance your client’s experience, including MoneyGuidePro, eSignature, and Salesforce
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the brokerage and financial services industry
• Strong ability to build client relationships and sell financial services
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and a positive influence on the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 5+ years related financial services experience required
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses required
• Clean CRD required

Skills

• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $50,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plans that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
