Description

The Financial Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise in investment management, financial planning, cash flow management, and more. The ideal candidate will clear communication skills, and experience in financial planning and business development. The primary objective is to build personal relationships with existing clients and guide them in achieving their financial goals. While a previous client base is not required, it can be a factor in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through a positive and personalized experience.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Review client goals, financial data, and preferences to create tailored strategies.
• Present and explain recommendations across investments, cash flow, tax planning, insurance, estate planning, and other planning areas.
• Develop and implement investment recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Monitor client plans and investments, providing regular updates and comprehensive reports.
• Respond to client questions and adjust financial strategies as needs and circumstances evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or a related advisory role.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, personable, and client-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
