Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning and guidance to K-12 educators and school employees
- Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored insurance and retirement strategies
- Recommend and explain auto, home, life, supplemental, and retirement products
- Build and manage a book of business and maintain strong client relationships
- Host or support educational sessions for schools and educator groups
- Prepare proposals, illustrations, and enrollment materials
- Ensure compliance with financial, insurance, and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and school partners to support clients
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
