Financial Advisor – Growth & Leadership OpportunityLocation: Rockwall, TX | Full-Time This Is More Than an Advisor Role — It’s an Opportunity to Help Build the Next Office. We’re partnering with a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm that has already proven its marketing and seminar model — and is now entering its next phase of growth. The firm is looking for a high-performing Financial Advisor who knows how to close business, build trust quickly, and wants a path toward leadership, ownership-level economics, and eventually managing their own office. This is not a traditional prospecting role. The firm invests heavily in marketing and generates a consistent flow of qualified prospects through seminars and other marketing channels. Your job is to meet with those prospects, uncover their needs, deliver a planning-based solution, and close the right clients. Why This Opportunity Stands Out💰 Significant Earning PotentialHigh earning potential from year oneOpportunity to reach $500K+ in annual earnings within 5 yearsCompensation tied directly to production, with the opportunity to earn approximately 20% of feesAdditional upside through the firm's profit-sharing programLong-term financial incentives designed to reward high performers who help grow the business 📈 You're Joining During the Growth PhaseThis firm isn't looking to simply add another advisor to a mature practice. The founders have built the marketing engine, seminar strategy, sales process, and operational infrastructure. Now they're adding advisors to scale what is already working. The long-term vision includes:Multiple advisorsMultiple office locationsDedicated sales leadershipSignificant growth in AUMOpportunities for high-performing advisors to take on greater responsibility as the organization expands 🏢 Opportunity to Manage Your Own OfficeOne of the biggest long-term opportunities is the ability to grow into a sales leadership role and potentially manage your own office location. As the firm expands beyond Rockwall into markets such as Frisco, Southlake, and additional locations, high-performing advisors will have the opportunity to grow with the organization rather than remain in an individual-contributor role indefinitely. The vision is to build leaders who can eventually:Lead and mentor other advisorsHelp build out new officesManage a sales teamParticipate in the economics of a growing teamTake responsibility for an individual market What You'll Be DoingConduct approximately 15–20 client/prospect meetings per weekLead discovery meetings and second appointmentsConduct seminars as part of the firm's established sales processPresent planning-based recommendationsIdentify client needs and appropriate solutionsOvercome objections and close new businessComplete case design and follow-upBuild long-term relationships with clientsFollow a proven, structured sales process rather than creating your ownWork toward a production target of approximately $600K–$1M in new business per week What Makes This Different? You won't be expected to spend your days cold calling strangers or constantly hunting for your next prospect. The marketing engine creates the opportunities. You capitalize on them. The firm invests $100K+ in marketing per advisor to generate qualified leads and drive prospects into seminars and the sales funnel. The ideal advisor is someone who genuinely enjoys:Sitting across the table from clientsAsking good questionsBuilding trust quicklyPresenting solutionsHandling objectionsClosing businessWorking toward aggressive but clearly defined production goals Your Growth PathFirst 30 DaysLearn the firm's planning and sales systemsShadow discovery and second appointmentsIntensive training and coachingBegin participating in client meetings 60–90 DaysBegin running your own discovery meetingsConduct second appointmentsTake on increasing responsibility with higher-asset prospectsPotentially begin conducting seminarsBegin actively closing business 6 MonthsTargeting approximately $5M–$10M in closed businessProgressing toward $600K–$800K+ in weekly productionBuilding toward the long-term $1M/week production target What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate has:2+ years of experience in financial services salesSeries 65 and/or Series 66Life & Health licenseStrong natural closing abilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence working with affluent clientsAbility to overcome objections without being overly aggressiveStrong coachabilityWillingness to follow a proven sales processHigh personal accountability and drive Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build something — not simply inherit a book and maintain the status quo. The Bigger PictureThis is an opportunity to join a firm before the next stage of its expansion. You’ll have the infrastructure, marketing, leads, training, and sales process already in place — while still having the opportunity to play a meaningful role in building the organization. For the right person, this can become much bigger than an individual advisor seat: Advisor → High Producer → Sales Leader → Office Manager → Multi-Office Growth Opportunity If you're an advisor who wants warm opportunities instead of cold prospecting, significant income upside, profit-sharing potential, and a genuine path toward leading your own office, we'd like to talk. Apply today for a confidential conversation about the opportunity.
