What You'll Be Doing
- Work under a Financial Advisor to provide investment services aligned with clients' objectives and tolerance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and goals to make suitable recommendations and implement investment strategies.
- Perform portfolio evaluations and monitor performance against client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Financial Advisor in prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, and industry-related events; domestic travel may be required.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory environments, and ensure compliance with industry rules and Firm policies.
- Review and enter unsolicited and solicited orders as directed by the Financial Advisor, and identify matters requiring escalation.
- Demonstrate independence and discretion in addressing unique client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry, domestic and international markets, and relevant regulatory environment.
- A thorough understanding of investment portfolios, products, and services.
- Integrity to act ethically within regulatory boundaries.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Required: 5+ years' Financial Services/Brokerage experience.
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: Series 7 and Series 63 or 66.
Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
