This employment opportunity at American Federal Bank in Fargo, ND allows you to join the Investment Program at American Federal Bank as a Financial Advisor associated with LPL Financial. Under this model, Financial Advisors are not employees of LPL Financial. The Investment Program supports the local community with a complete menu of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong client base with the Bank’s exceptional referral system
• Manage several branch territories with significant deposit base, including current clients needing an advisor
• Find new clients through the bank’s extensive client network
• Create client solutions without proprietary products
• Grow your business with LPL’s comprehensive tools, technology, and support
• Benefit from LPL’s experience in helping financial institutions grow and maximize their investment programs
• Utilize the bank’s reputation and community standing to attract clients

Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 (63/65) required
• Insurance license required
• Three or more years of investment sales experience

Pay

The salary range is $40,000 - $80,000, dependent on a number of factors including the applicant's skill, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
