Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand your own book of business through new client acquisition
  • Integrate New York Life solutions into existing practices
  • Build relationships and guide clients through key financial decisions (retirement, protection, education planning)
  • Offer tailored solutions across insurance and financial products

Pay

  • Commission-based compensation with the power to determine your own income
  • In 2024, the national average income of our financial professionals was $120,555 (local area averages may vary)
  • Compensation formula based at $130,000+ at plan
