We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the posting. Company Description: Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role description. The posting includes "Company Description" and "Role Description". We can treat "About the role" as the role description (maybe combine). The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Company Description: description of CPCNH. Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the role, not company. But we could treat "About the role" as the role description (the Role Description). The company description could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include company description somewhere. There's no specific heading for company description in the list, but we could put it under "About the role"? Might be okay. However "About the role" is meant for role description; but we could still include company description there as part of role context. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory list. We can also add other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: could include company description + role description summary. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties and Responsibilities). Use
  • . - Requirements: maybe qualifications required? The posting has "Qualifications" with Required and Preferred. Could split: Requirements = Required qualifications; Qualifications = maybe Preferred? But they have both Requirements and Qualifications as separate headings. We could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Or we could combine. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications section. But we have both headings available; we could use Qualifications for both required and preferred, and skip Requirements if not needed. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both Required and Preferred under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: proficiency with Excel, attention to detail, etc. Could put under Skills. - Benefits: The posting includes "Compensation and Benefits" with salary range and benefits. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: salary range. Benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid leave, paid holidays. - Schedule: The posting includes "Working Conditions" with hybrid schedule, occasional attendance, limited travel, etc. So we can put Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Requirements omitted if we put required under Qualifications. But we could also have Requirements for required qualifications and Qualifications for preferred. However that would be thin. Better to combine. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. So we drop those. We must preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, duties, qualifications (required and preferred), skills (maybe derived), compensation, benefits, schedule/working conditions. We need to ensure we don't miss any duty details. Let's extract: Company Description: The Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire (CPCNH) is a nonprofit Joint Powers Agency that helps cities, towns, and counties deliver reliable, affordable, and clean energy to residents and businesses across the state. Established in 2021, CPCNH enables its members to launch and operate Community Power Aggregation programs through shared services that lower costs, expand local energy choices, and strengthen their voice in policy and regulatory matters. Compensation and Benefits: - The anticipated hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Placement within the range depends on qualifications, directly relevant experience, and internal equity. - The Coalition offers health, dental, and vision coverage, a retirement plan with employer contribution, paid leave, and paid holidays. Now we need to map to sections. About the role: combine Company Description + Role Description (maybe short). We'll include both paragraphs. Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points). We'll use
    • for each duty item. Could group by subheadings? Not required; just list. Qualifications: we could list Required and Preferred as separate
maybe under same heading. Or we could separate into Required and Preferred subheadings but that would be extra headings not in list. Better to just list all qualifications (both required and preferred) under Qualifications. Skills: we could extract skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel, general ledger/accounting systems, attention to detail, organizational skills, written communication, ability to meet deadlines, handling confidential info, familiarity with QuickBooks Online, etc. Could list as
. Benefits: health, dental, vision coverage, retirement plan with employer contribution, paid leave, paid holidays. Pay: salary range $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Schedule: hybrid schedule details. We must not include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to ensure we use

for each section heading. We'll output something like:

          About the role

          Company description paragraph...

          Role description paragraph...

          Responsibilities

          • ...
          • ...

          Qualifications

          • Required: Bachelor's degree ...
          • ...
          • Preferred: Experience in accounting or auditing ...
          • ...
But we might want to separate required and preferred with headings inside? Not allowed because only

for section headings. Could use inside
        • to denote required vs preferred. That's okay. Alternatively we could have two
under Qualifications: one for Required, one for Preferred, each preceded by a

or . That's fine. Skills: we can list. Benefits:

              . Pay:

              maybe. Schedule:

maybe. Let's craft. Be careful to preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't miss any duty details. Let's list responsibilities items exactly as given. I'll copy each bullet. Reconciliation and Close Support: - Prepare account reconciliations, including receivables, cash and depository accounts, and other balance sheet accounts, with written support for reconciling items. - Prepare and maintain recurring accrual, deferral, prepaid, and capital asset schedules supporting the monthly and annual close. - Review transaction coding against the chart of accounts and the departmental coding structure, and prepare proposed corrections for review. - Track open close items to resolution and coordinate with the Coalition's outsourced accounting service provider to
