The opportunity to join our Finance practice as a Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate. You will engage with clients to analyze financial needs, develop capital-structure strategies, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in complex situations while deepening technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client financial needs to develop strategies for optimizing capital structure and managing liquidity.
- Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Utilize analytical thinking to interpret financial data and inform insights and recommendations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations to enhance financial performance.
- Develop financial solutions aligned with corporate finance and treasury management objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Uphold professional and technical standards in compliance with accounting and financial reporting guidelines.
- Build meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality financial advisory services.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
- Strong analytical thinking to interpret financial trends and data.
- Experience in capital budgeting and financial modeling techniques.
- Adaptability to evolving financial environments and strategic planning for corporate finance initiatives.
- Effective communication to build client relationships.
- Preference for candidates with a degree in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Finance.
Pay
Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
