About the role
As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance productivity and effectiveness across key client finance processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report. You will analyze intricate financial challenges, mentor junior colleagues, build client relationships, and leverage advanced AI technologies for digital finance transformation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in finance operations.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Finance (preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (preferred).
- Experience in record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles.
- Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations.
- Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions.
- Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutions.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
