Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and implementation of Anaplan solutions to optimize financial planning and analysis processes
  • Collaborating with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives to align finance functions with business objectives
  • Managing complex data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Developing and executing financial modeling and forecasting to support business growth and efficiency
  • Oversight of the integration of financial management software to enhance operational performance
  • Guiding teams in process optimization and performance analysis to drive cost reduction and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial challenges and opportunities
  • Navigating cross-border engagements and diverse teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Initiating and leading open conversations with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
  • Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in Anaplan tool
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Advanced skills in Anaplan solutions architecture
  • Advanced skills in complex financial data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in innovating financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in finance transformation projects
  • Experience in strategic advising and client interaction
  • Experience in utilizing data visualization software for impactful insights

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
