About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to supporting and enhancing our Billing Systems and broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Billing Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of systems managing Contracts, Orders, Billing, and Invoicing across both subscription and usage-based revenue models. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, and hands-on experience with data querying and reporting tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with approximately 5-7 years of experience operating at the intersection of finance operations, systems, and data analysis to contribute meaningfully to operational improvements, troubleshoot business issues, and support system enhancements within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Systems, Billing Operations, or Order-to-Cash functions
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including Opportunity, Quote, Contracts, Orders, Billing, and Invoicing
• Experience with both subscription and usage-based billing models
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using BigQuery, SQL tools, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience using Google Workspace tools such as Sheets and Docs
• Preferred: Experience with NetSuite ERP, LogiSense or similar billing platforms (Zuora, Aria), Salesforce or CRM systems, and BI tools like Looker
• Preferred: Exposure to system integrations, automation, or API-driven workflows
• Preferred: Interest in leveraging AI and automation to optimize business and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for billing and invoicing systems, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation
• Troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues across various billing models, including subscription and usage-based systems
• Collaborate with billing operations to resolve discrepancies related to contracts, pricing, and usage data
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues impacting billing accuracy and operational efficiency
• Support operational processes throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract management, order processing, and revenue flow
• Assist in resolving issues across Billing Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to maintain seamless operations
• Analyze system workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements
• Perform root cause analysis on billing discrepancies and operational challenges to recommend effective solutions
