About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning and prioritization
- Establish repeatable processes for business functions and operational forums
- Create executive-level communications that outline objectives and progress
- Align finance priorities with strategic initiatives across the organization
- Drive execution of initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- Build trusted relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration
- Identify opportunities for innovation and risk management in finance functions
- Support organizational change management to enable seamless adoption of new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of progressive project management or leadership experience in finance, ideally in healthcare
- Strong networking capabilities to navigate enterprise-level challenges
- Experience collaborating with finance and technology teams
- Strategic thinker able to align vision with tactical execution
- Proven leadership in team development and management
- Solid executive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork on complex initiatives
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
- Strong business and financial acumen, with adaptability to new concepts
Pay
$150,000 – $206,300 annually
