About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning and prioritization
• Establish repeatable processes for business functions and operational forums
• Create executive-level communications that outline objectives and progress
• Align finance priorities with strategic initiatives across the organization
• Drive execution of initiatives and monitor performance metrics
• Build trusted relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration
• Identify opportunities for innovation and risk management in finance functions
• Support organizational change management to enable seamless adoption of new processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of progressive project management or leadership experience in finance, ideally in healthcare
• Strong networking capabilities to navigate enterprise-level challenges
• Experience collaborating with finance and technology teams
• Strategic thinker able to align vision with tactical execution
• Proven leadership in team development and management
• Solid executive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork on complex initiatives
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong business and financial acumen, with adaptability to new concepts

Pay

$150,000 – $206,300 annually
