Finance Strategy Senior Consultant
About the role
Join Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team and help clients modernize the future of finance. In this role, you will work with Finance and Technology leaders to address complex challenges across finance strategy, operating model design, technology, data, and artificial intelligence. You will support initiatives that improve decision-making, manage risk, and drive financial and operational value.
Responsibilities
- Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support development of finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Evaluate finance technology solutions, including enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools.
- Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and shared services.
- Manage project workstreams, develop client deliverables, and support implementation efforts with client and Deloitte teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology, finance data and artificial intelligence, capital strategy, or cost optimization
- Experience developing financial models or business cases
- Experience with finance technology, enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, finance data, or artificial intelligence-enabled solutions
- Experience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materials
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Wage Range
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
