Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection product options to customers
- Build relationships with lending institutions
- Secure approvals and negotiate financing terms
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership guidelines
- Process contracts and funding paperwork accurately
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the transaction
- Review and explain all documents and product offerings
- Meet finance department revenue goals
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize performance
- Maintain detailed and accurate records

Qualifications
- Automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
