As a Finance Solutions – Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. You will specialize in financial management and strategy consulting, helping clients optimize financial performance and improve decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations while deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate team and client needs, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs to develop strategies for optimizing capital structure and managing liquidity
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret financial data and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing cash flow forecasting and treasury management to enhance financial performance

- Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with accounting and financial reporting guidelines

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Skills
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and treasury management
- Analytical thinking to interpret financial trends and data
- Capital budgeting and financial modeling techniques

Pay
$77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
