Finance Solutions – FP&A Consultant – Manager
About the role
A career in our Enterprise Performance Management practice, within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business.
We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge. Our team helps clients optimise and align financial planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics processes, systems and information to provide business insights that drive better decisions and actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of FP&A transformation and enterprise performance management solutions
- Manage client engagement workstreams focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operating model transformation
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of finance technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Help clients identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to define business requirements and future-state processes
- Solve complex business and operational challenges and develop strategic, actionable recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, governance, data, and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate across cross-functional business, finance, and technology teams in complex project environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
- 6 years of experience
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Experience leading FP&A transformation, finance modernization, or enterprise performance management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing workstreams within large-scale finance transformation programs
- Understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and finance operating model design
- Experience leading the implementation or optimization of EPM, analytics, or finance technology solutions
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities within finance and performance management functions
- Experience leveraging business intelligence, dashboarding, and visualization tools to support executive decision-making
- Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills within a professional services environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior professionals in complex project settings
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in an Agile or fast-paced environment
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
