Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilize dealership sales controls and follow-up systems
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Maintain prospect development system
- Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer
- Generate additional income through the sales, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
- Process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new and used vehicle and finance departments
- Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting
- Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Requirements
