Finance Rotational Program Analyst

About The Program
Our Rotational Finance Program is a two-year, entry-level opportunity designed for recent and upcoming graduates who want to launch a career in finance. Participants complete four six-month rotations across key finance teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a strong finance foundation, and work on projects that directly impact the business.
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Start Date: June 2026
Program Length: 2 Years (4 rotations, 6 months each)
Responsibilities
During each rotation, you may:
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and expense performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, operations, and supply chain)
- Build Excel models, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with month-end close and variance analysis
- Participate in professional development and mentorship programs
Responsibilities increase in scope as you progress through the program.
What You’ll Experience
Each rotation gives you exposure to new teams, challenges, and perspectives—allowing you to continuously learn and grow. Depending on your rotation, you will:
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and expense performance to support data-driven decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Build and enhance Excel models, dashboards, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with month-end close activities and variance analysis
- Participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities
Responsibilities and expectations increase as you progress through the program, helping you build confidence and ownership over your work.
Rotation Opportunities
You’ll rotate through a variety of finance teams, such as:
- Stores FP&A
- International FP&A
- Brand FP&A
- Corporate FP&A
These diversified experiences allow you to explore your interests, understand the business from multiple angles, and identify where you can make the greatest impact.
Qualifications
This program is ideal for motivated individuals who are excited to learn, take initiative, and grow within a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (required)
- Graduating by Fall 2026 or recent graduate (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Interest in retail, analytics, and business decision-making (required)
- Internship, co-op, or project experience (preferred)
- Experience working with data, reporting, or financial analysis (preferred)

Pay
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
- Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
- Maximum Salary: $88,830.00
